Refunds and Cancellations:
The full course tuition is refundable, less $25 fee for if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before August 30, 2024. Cancellations between August 30th and September 13th will be refunded 50% of registration fee. No refunds will be allowed after this date or for those that do not attend. Please send your cancellation request to cpdoffice@health.ucsd.edu. In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego is responsible for a full refund of the registration fee only.
